Bookings are only processed during office hours and your seat is not confirmed until you receive confirmation email.
If you intend to buy a return ticket you will also need to reserve a seat for the return journey, simply repeat the process above. Having a return ticket alone does not guarantee a seat, you still need to reserve a seat as well.
We can only guarantee seats if reserved 24hrs in advance, bookings made less than 24hrs will be subject to availability.
